Thank you for supporting Mangl Audio. Because our products are digital goods that are downloaded and licensed for use, we maintain the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following two situations:
1. Unactivated purchases. If you have purchased a license but have not yet activated it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Unresolved technical issues. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the product, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that:
- You contact us about the issue within 14 days of your purchase date; and
- We have communicated with you and made a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue together; and
- The issue could not be successfully resolved.
For technical-issue refunds, only your initial contact must fall within the 14-day window. If you reach out in time, you remain eligible for a refund while we work to resolve the problem together, even if that process extends beyond 14 days.
Situations We Do Not Refund
Outside of the two situations above, all sales are final. In particular, we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after a license has been activated;
- Purchases where the license has been activated and no unresolved technical issue exists;
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date (where no qualifying contact was made within the window);
- Issues arising from your system not meeting the product's stated requirements, where this information was available prior to purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@mangl.audio with your order details (including your purchase email and/or order number). Please describe the reason for your request so we can assist you promptly.
For technical issues, reaching out to this same address starts the support process and preserves your refund eligibility, as described above.
How Refunds Are Processed
Payments and refunds for our products are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
